All items are shipped flat in a solid board envelope. A personalised note for gift recipients is also available, just give me a shout if you need one of these.

We aim to ship most orders (prints, books and greeting card) within 1-2 working days and paper cutting orders within 3-5 working days.

D O M E S T I C   O R D E R S    ( U K ) :

1. Most items are shipped via 1st Class Royal Mail.
   
2. Some large items are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
3. This service usually takes 1 working day after the item has been shipped.

I  N T E R N A T I O N A L   O R D E R S   ( R O W ) :

Large orders (i.e. large prints and paper cutings) . . .

1. . . . will be shipped via International Signed Royal Mail service (when available).
2. This service takes 3-5 working days after item has been shipped.

Small orders (i.e. greeting cards, prints and smaller cuttings) . . .

1. . . . will be shipped via Royal Mail Airmail.
2. The customer is responsible for any customs fees that may incur.
3. Please keep in mind that international packages could take several weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
