We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Lydia (via the 'contact' page) within 7 days of receipt/delivery confirmation, and she will arrange for an exchange or refund.

Please return items within 7 days in their original condition and packaging, in a secure parcel and with proof of purchase. We regret we cannot refund postage, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds (excluding initial shipping fees) will be issued promptly once returned item had been received. All sales are considered final after 7 days. FINAL SALE items are non-refundable.

All returned items MUST be unused and kept in their original, protective sleeve.

We regret that, due to their individual nature, we cannot offer refunds on bespoke items unless they are faulty or damaged.
